Assam HS Result 2025: Minimum percentage required to win scooty under Pragyan Bharati Scheme

Download NowNEW DELHI: The Assam government will provide scooty to meritorious Class 12 students enrolled in coaching centres in the state under the Assam Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme 2025. Around 35,000 scooters will be given to eligible boys and girls who have obtained the minimum passing marks fixed by the state government.
The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will declare the Assam HS result 2025 tomorrow, April 30, at 9 am. A total of 3,02,420 students will be able to check their Assam HS results through the official websites - ahsec.assam.gov.in and resultsassam.nic.in.
The policy was introduced to encourage healthy competition and improve performance in higher secondary exams and for pursuing higher education. Additionally, it also aimed to enhance the gross enrollment ratio in the state. The Assam scooty scheme was announced by the finance minister in the budget speech 2023-24.
How much percentage is required for scooty in Assam HS 2025?
Under the Assam Pragyan Bharati Scooty scheme, scooters will be provided to girls who score 60% and boys who score 75% in the Assam HS Class 12th exam.
Students appearing for the Assam HS improvement exam and compartment exams will not be eligible for the scheme. Dropouts and non-residents of Assam will not be considered eligible. Moreover, it is mandatory for students to continue their studies beyond Class 12.

The list of students will be collected from the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) and published on the portal, directorateofhighereducation.assam.gov.in/. “The Director of Higher Education will notify a list of Consignee Principals to ensure the smooth distribution of scooters to eligible beneficiaries,” the official order read.
