Assam HSLC and HS exam 2021 to begin from August 1: Report

NEW DELHI: Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu has announced the Assam Board exam routine. As per a report of The Indian Express, Assam board exams are scheduled to be held between August 1 to 15, 2021, for Class 10 and 12 The Assam Class 10 and 12 board exams will be held only for a few subjects.

As per the report, education minister Ranoj Pegu said, “The consensus is that exams should be held. Since Covid cases are declining in the state, we feel it would be safe to hold the exams.”

Assam board exams 2021 would be held only for a few subjects. “The detailed SOPs etc will be prepared in the next week,” he added.

As per the report, an official in the education department said that the exam would be of shorter duration. “The examination process will be as basic as possible, we will assess them only in core subjects, given that they have already gone through a lot of stress. That is why the evaluation will also be student-friendly,” the official added.

Students can download the Assam board exam routine for Class 10 at sebaonline.org. And, Class 12 students can download the Assam board exams routine from ahsec.nic.in. The complete Assam board exam dates will be announced soon.
