Try NowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has announced the Assam NEET UG counselling 2025 round 3 allotment results today, November 6. Candidates can check the Assam NEET UG 2025 round 3 allotment results on the official website, dme.assam.gov.in.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in the Assam NEET UG 2025 round 3 have to report to the allotted college on or before November 8. Candidates will have to carry the required documents, failing which their allotment will be cancelled.
Additionally, candidates who have been provisionally selected under the PwD category, and whose status was not assessed earlier by the medical board, are directed to report with all their relevant certificates in original to the office of the principal cum chief superintendent, Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Bhangagarh, Guwahati, for benchmark verification of their disability status.

Candidates will have to report by 10 am on November 7, failing which their allotment will be cancelled.
DME Assam has directed candidates to bring all necessary original documents and annexures along with admission and counselling fees amounting to approximately Rs 25,000 for admission into Assam state government medical colleges at the time of admission.
To confirm admissions, candidates who are newly provisionally selected have to report to the allotted college and deposit the original admit cards, marks sheets, pass certificates of HSLC and HSSLC or equivalent exam, caste certificate and documents as specified to the principal of the respective colleges.
