Assam PET 2023: Registration process starts for DElEd; apply on scertpet.co.in

The registration window for the Assam PET 2023 for DElEd will close on August 14. The exam will be held on September 10.
NEW DELHI: The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam, has opened the registration window for the pre-entry test (PET) for a???????? ???? d?????? ?? e????????? e???????? (DElEd) for the session 2023-2025. The candidates can apply for the exam through the official website – scertpet.co.in.
The registration window for the exam will close on August 14. The admit cards will be available on the official website – scertpet.co.in – from September 1 onwards. The PET 2023 for DElEd will be held on September 10. The result will be declared on September 20.

The candidates will have to pay Rs 600 as application fee. They will have to be in the age group 18-34 years to be eligible. Candidates belonging to SC, ST categories will be given two year relaxation in the upper age limit. The students should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with at least 50% marks in aggregate, excluding marks secured in the optional or fourth subject. Those belonging from SC and ST categories will be given 5% relaxation in aggregate marks secured.

- Passport size photograph (100 kb) in .JPG or JPEG format.
- Photograph of signature (100 kb) in.JPG or JPEG format.
- Class 10 admit card (450 kb) in PDF format.
- Marksheet of Class 12 or its equivalent examination (450 kb) in PDF format

- Applicants can follow the steps given below to apply for the pre-entry test for DElEd.
- Visit the official website, scertpet.co.in.
- Click on the ‘login’ link on the homepage.
- Generate login credentials by registering with the SCERT.
- After logging in using the credentials generated, fill the application form.
- Add personal, academic details and upload required documents.
- Submit the application and pay the fee.
- Download the confirmation page for future reference.
