Subscribe NowNEW DELHI : The State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has postponed the Assam Police Constable exam 2025 due to “administrative reasons”. The recruitment exam previously scheduled for March 23 will now be held on April 6, 2025.
In view of the exam postponement, the board has also rescheduled the Assam Police Constable admit card 2025 release date for April 1. Earlier, the admit cards were supposed to be issued on March 17, 2025 on the official website, slprbassam.in.
“It is hereby informed to all concerned that due to Administrative Reasons, the Written Test scheduled to be held on 23-03-2025, will now be held on 06-04-2025. Eligible Candidates will be able to download their Admit Cards for the Written Test from 11 AM of 01-04-2025,” said SLPRB in an official notice.
Candidates will be able to download the Assam Police Constable hall tickets 2025 using their application number, name, and date of birth. It is mandatory for the examinees to carry a hard copy of the admit card along with a photo identity card issued by the government such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter-ID to the examination hall.
The board asked aspirants to appear for their written test at the examination center mentioned in their admit cards only as no request for a change of exam centre will be considered.
Recently, SLPRB declared the Assam Police Constable result for the physical efficiency test (PET) for 1,645 posts for constable (UB), 2,300 posts for constable (AB), one post for constable (UB) in APRO, and for backlog posts for the hills tribe category including 114 posts of constable (UB), one post of constable (AB) and 58 boatman vacancies.
