Assam UG Admission 2023: Registration ends today at assamadmission.samarth.ac.in

The first merit list will be published by the colleges and universities on July 4.
NEW DELHI: The online application process for admission to undergraduate degree programmes at colleges and universities of Assam will end today, June 28. Candidates can register for admission in affiliated colleges under Gauhati University, Dibrugarh University and Bodoland University and other state universities and autonomous colleges of Assam through the portal, assamadmission.samarth.ac.in.
Earlier, the Assam UG admission 2023 integrated portal was launched by the state education minister, Ranoj Pegu on June 14.

The colleges and universities will publish the first merit list on July 4. The offline admission against the first merit list will end on July 7. The second merit list for Assam UG admission 2023 will be released on July 8. The closing of offline admission against the second merit list is on July 11.
The third merit list for UG programme admission in Assam will be released on July 12. The deadline for offline admission against the third merit list is set for July 15. The spot admission round is from July 17 to July 18, 2023.

Assam UG Admission 2023: Steps to apply
The Assam UG admission application process involves the following steps:
- Visit the official website, assamadmission.samarth.ac.in.
- Look for the admission section or the online application portal on the website.
- Register yourself as a new user by providing the required details.
- Once registered, log in to the application portal using the provided credentials.
- Fill out the application form with the necessary information, including personal details, educational qualifications and choice of course.
- Upload the documents as specified, such as photographs, signatures and relevant certificates and pay the application fee.
- Review the application form and submit it.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference.
