BCECE 2025 registration begins tomorrow; exam on June 7, 8

NEW DELHI: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) will start the online application process for BCECE 2025 tomorrow, April 9. The BCECE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held in two shifts on June 7 and 8 in two shifts.

As per the BCECE 2025 schedule, eligible candidates can apply for BCECE 2025 registration through the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The last date for application submission is May 6.

Candidates who qualify for the BCECE 2025 exam can take admission to various participating institutions in multiple fields, including BTech, pharmacy, agriculture, and medical stream.

BCECE 2025 Admissions

The admission details for BCECE 2025 in various participating institutions and courses offered are as follows.

• BTech: For admissions to the first year of bachelor of engineering courses under the engineering colleges of the state and BTech in dairy technology course under Sanjay Gandhi Dairy Technology Institute, Patna, the vacant seats after two rounds of online counseling of candidates who have appeared in the JEE Main 2025 exam will be filled through two online counseling sessions based on merit-cum-choice of candidates from the PCM group of BCECE 2025 conducted by the board. This will also include the courses of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Women's Institute of Technology, Navodaya Complex, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga, under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.
• Agriculture: Total of 50% of the seats in the bachelor of agriculture, bachelor of horticulture, bachelor of forestry courses of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour Bhagalpur will be filled from the combined merit list of PCM and PCB, and the remaining 50% of the seats will be filled from the combined merit list of CBA chemistry, biology and agriculture, PCA, physics, chemistry and agriculture Sc, MBA mathematics, biology and agriculture Sc, MCA mathematics, chemistry and Agriculture Sc, seats for bachelor of fisheries science at Bihar Veterinary Sciences University, Patna, will be filled from the combined merit list of the PCB group.
• Pharmacy: Degree courses in government pharmacy institutes of Bihar recognized by the government.
• Medical Stream: Physiotherapy and occupational therapy, bachelor of medical laboratory technology, bachelor of operation theater technology, bachelor of radio imaging technology, bachelor of optometry, BSc nursing government, private and other similar courses in government institutions of Bihar.
