BCI 19th qualifying exam will commence on December 18 and conclude on December 23, 2023.

NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued the 19th qualifying examination schedule for Indian nationals who hold a degree in law from foreign universities. The BCI 19th qualifying exams will be conducted from December 18 to 23, 2023.
The exams will be conducted in the premises of the Bar Council of India at 21, rouse avenue, institutional area, New Delhi-110002.
According to the BCI exam schedule, there are six papers in total. The exams will be held from 11 am to 2 pm.

Each paper carries 100 marks. The duration of each paper is 3 hours. Bare acts and books, including question answer guides, notes and others are permitted inside the exam hall for the following papers:
Only individual bare acts (not digests) with least short notes are allowed for the following 3 papers. The bare acts should not have any marks, chits etc.
Civil procedure code and limitation act, (Paper 4 on December 21)
Criminal procedure code (Paper 5 on December 22) and
The Indian legal profession and code of ethics (Paper 6 on December 23).
