Bihar Board Class 12 Result 2026 LIVE: BSEB 12th inter results at bsebexam.com for 13.18 lakh students today

To pass the BSEB Class 12 board exams 2026, students must achieve: 

• At least 30% in theory section of each subject, without a practical component. 
• At least 33% in theory and practical sections combined of applicable subjects.

The Bihar board inter result 2026 will be announced via a press conference today by the education department minister Sunil Kumar at BSEB Sinha Library Road in Patna. 

Students will be able to download their 12th inter result 2026 on the official websites, bsebexam.com, and interbiharboard.com, using login credentials.

BSEB conducted the Bihar Board inter exam 2026 for 13,17,846 registered students on bsebexam.com and interbiharboard.com.

Students will have access to the BSEB 12th provisional marksheet after the results are announced. The online marksheet of the BSEB Inter board 2026 is for reference only. Students will have to collect original mark sheets from their respective schools after a few days of the result declaration. 

Students can also check the BSEB Class 12th result 2026 through SMS. 

Open the SMS application on the mobile phone.
Type SMS in the following format: BIHAR12<space>ROLL-NUMBER
Send it to 56263.
After some time, the Bihar inter result 2026 will be sent as an SMS to the same number.

According to the Bihar Board, more than 5 lakh students appeared for the BSEB Class 12 exams. BSEB conducted exams across 1,762 exam centres, including 152 model centres.

On the Day of BSEB inter exams 2026, for the Science stream Biology subject, a total of 4,98,475 students appeared, while the Philosophy exam was held for 3,842 candidates in shift 1. 

In the second shift, BSEB conducted the Economics exam for 55,964 arts and commerce stream students.

A total of 13,17,846 students registered for the Bihar Board Intermediate Examination 2026, of whom 6,75,844 were female, and 6,72,002 were male students.

BSEB will also announce the Bihar Board 12th toppers list 2026 for all science, commerce, and arts streams students. The previous year's topper details are as follows. 

The student who secures the first rank in the Bihar Board Intermediate examination 2026 will be awarded Rs 2 lakh in cash. The second-place student will receive Rs 1.5 lakh, while the third-place student will be given Rs 1 lakh. Students ranking fourth and fifth will each receive Rs 30,000.

Students will be able to check the Bihar inter result 2026 using their roll code and roll number as mentioned in the admit cards on the official website, interbiharboard.com and bsebexam.com.
