Download NowNEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is expected to declare the results of the Bihar Board Inter or Class 12 board exam 2024 today. As per media reports, BSEB Class 12 results will be declared before Holi. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the result declaration date and time from the officials. Students who appeared for the exam will be able to check and download their Bihar board Class 12 results from the official website of BSEB, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

Bihar Board Class 12 exams 2024 were held from February 1 to February 12. The exams were conducted in two shifts- first shift from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. The official answer keys for objective-type questions for the Bihar Board Class 12 exams were out in the month of February. To pass the Bihar Board Class 12 exam 2024, students are required to score at least 30 marks in each subject at least 40% in practical assessments.

The Bihar Board awards prizes to the top-performing students in the Class 12 exams.
Rank 1: Topper of all three streams will get Rs 1 lakh, a kindle and laptop.
Rank 2: Second toppers will be rewarded Rs 75,000, a kindle, and a laptop.
Rank 3: Third toppers will receive Rs 50,000, a kindle, and a laptop.
Rank 4 and 5: Fourth and fifth rank holders will get cash prize of Rs. 15,000 and one laptop each
Warning against fraudulent calls
The (BSEB) warned students and their parents about fraudulent phone calls from suspicious people claiming to increase grades in Class 10, 12 board examinations 2024 in return for money while impersonating board members. The board claimed that the BSEB Inter and Matric answer sheets 2024 are secure and cannot be revised.

Bihar board Class 12 result statistics
Last year's Bihar Board Class 12 results were announced on March 21. In 2023, a total of 13,04,586 students appeared, of which 10,91,948 passed the Bihar Board Class 12 exams. The overall pass percentage was recorded at 83.70%. In the arts stream, 82.74 percent of students passed the BSEB inter exam, while 93.35 percent passed in the commerce stream and 83.93 percent passed in the science stream.
