Download NowNEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will begin the registration process for Class 12 result scrutiny from tomorrow, March 28. Students who are not satisfied with their Bihar Board Class 12 result can register for scrutiny to improve their marks through the official website, bsebinter.org.
The BSEB Class 12 result 2024 scrutiny registration window will remain open till April 4. After the BSEB Class 12 result scrutiny, marks of the student may increase, decrease or remain the same.
As per the latest official announcement, students dissatisfied with their performance in the Bihar Board Class 12 examinations now have the opportunity to request a review of their answer sheets. Whether unsatisfied with marks in one subject or multiple, or even across all subjects, students are eligible to apply for scrutiny. The scrutiny process a fee of Rs 120 per subject, which must be paid by the concerned students to initiate the review.
BSEB Class 12 result 2024 highlights
The Bihar board declared the Class 12 results on March 23, following examinations conducted between March 23 and April 4, 2024. There was an increase in the overall pass percentage this year, reaching 87.21% for all streams combined. The pass percentages in science, arts, commerce, and vocational streams were recorded at 87.80%, 86.15%, 94.88%, and 85.38% respectively.
A total of 12,91,684 students appeared for the exams this year, with 11,26,439 students passing successfully. However, 1,63,216 students did not meet the requirements to pass the intermediate examination.
Bihar board compartment exams 2024
Every year, the Bihar Board administers compartmental-cum-special exams for students to enhance their scores. Those unable to pass their exams and seeking score improvement may participate in the BSEB compartmental-cum-special exams. The dates for the compartment exams will be disclosed shortly, with results expected to be announced by May 31.
