The commission said that the state government has decided that those who have obtained Bachelor of Education degree from an institution recognized by NCTE will be eligible for the post of school teacher to teach Classes 1-5.

The BPSC has issued regarding the publication of results. "In case of any dispute on the point of recognition of any degree of teacher training, the decision of the department in consultation with the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) will be final," it said.

The full form of BPSC TRE is Bihar Public Service Commission Teacher Recruitment Exam. The exam is conducted to recruit school teachers for Classes 1 to 5, Classes 9-10, and Classes 11-12 in state government schools.
