BCECE Board has started Bihar UGEAC 2026 counselling for JEE Main-qualified candidates, with registration, choice filling and seat allotment process underway
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) Board has started the Bihar Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) 2026 today, June 26, 2026 on the official website of BCECE at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can fill their choice by using login credentials, including JEE Main 2026 application number and password.
Candidates who have a valid JEE Main 2026 score and a UGEAC rank card will be considered for seat allotment under the Bihar UGEAC 2026 admission process. The counselling process includes registration, choice filling and seat allotment.
The UGEAC 2026 cutoff will be published after every counselling round as the closing rank for each participating institute. Candidates can refer to these cutoffs to assess their chances of securing admission.

Bihar UGEAC 2026 Counselling: Steps to apply
To apply for the Bihar UGEAC 2026 counselling, follow the steps given below:
- Visit the official website of BCECE at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
- Complete the online registration using the registration number, name, date of birth, address and mobile number. A user ID and password will be generated for future login
- Log in to select preferred colleges and courses. Candidates can fill unlimited choices, edit them before the deadline and must lock their final preferences
- Seats will be allotted based on JEE Main 2026 rank and the choices filled by candidates.
- Candidates allotted seats must pay an admission fee of Rs. 25,000 to confirm their admission.
- Candidates must report to the allotted institute for document verification to complete the admission process

Candidates shortlisted for admission will be required to report to the designated centres for document verification and pay the prescribed admission fee to complete the B.Tech admission process.
