What is BITSAT 2021 self-declaration form?
BITSAT self-declaration form 2021 is a document in which candidates will have to provide details about COVID-19 symptoms, whether they have come in contact with a COVID-19 positive person or have tested positive earlier. Candidates have to tick options if they have cough, fever, cold/runny nose or breathing problems. Other details like name, application number, BITSAT 2021 exam date, centre name have to be entered by the candidates in the self-declaration form. Candidates must sign the BITSAT 2021 declaration form along with the date.
BITSAT exam day guidelines 2021

Candidates must carry their own mask, gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water bottle, a simple pen and other exam related documents like BITSAT admit card 2021, valid photo ID card, etc. No other items will be permitted inside the exam venue.

Candidates must bring a signed BITSAT self-declaration to the exam centre and show the same to the security guard at the entry point into the exam venue.

Candidates showing COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed entry into the BITSAT 2021 exam venue.

Entry of candidates will be done as per time slot, which will be sent through SMS, in order to maintain social distancing at the exam centre.

Candidates will not be allowed to carry devices like calculators, bags, mobile phones, electronic gadgets etc., to the test venue.
In addition to appearing in BITSAT 2021, candidates seeking admission to BITS have to also apply by providing details of their Class 12 marks and preferences. The prescribed application form for admission and the detailed application procedure will be made available at the BITS website by August 10. BITSAT 2021 is scheduled to be held as an online exam from August 3 to 9.
