BITSAT 2024 registration deadline extended till April 16; session 1 exam from May 19 to 24

Download NowNEW DELHI: Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) has extended the last date to apply for BITSAT 2024 till April 16. Students seeking admission to integrated degree in BE, BPharm and MSc programmes in BITS campuses at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad through the official website, bitsadmission.com.

BITSAT 2024 is being held for admission in BE in Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics and Instrumentation, Biotechnology, Electronics and Communications, Manufacturing, and Mathematics and Computing programmes. Admission for MSc in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics and Physics; and BPharma will also be held through BITSAT 2024.
BITS will conduct BITSAT 2024 online test session 1 on May 19 to 24. Students will be able to download the BITSAT 2024 admit card from May 15. Registration for BITSAT 2024 online test session 2 will be held from May 22 to June 10. Session 2 exam will be held between June 22 and 26.
Eligibility criteria
Students applying for BITS integrated first-degree programmes, excluding BPharm, should have passed the Class 12th from a recognised board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English. Candidates applying for integrated BPharm should have passed the Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.

The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. They should have secured at least 60% marks in each of the subjects.
Students who are appearing for Class 12 exam in 2024 or who have passed Class 12 in 2023 are only eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2024 test.
