NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 1: Schools affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board (UPSEB) will conduct two pre-boards in December and January for classes 10 and 12 in the current academic session. According to reports, the UP Board schools have been asked to complete the syllabus for both the classes by November 15, 2018, so that they can conduct both the pre-boards.
According to Mukesh Kumar Singh (District Inspector of Schools), two pre-board exams will prepare students for actual board exams scheduled to be conducted from February 7, 2019. He also suggested schools to conduct remedial classes. This is, especially, applicable to schools where 25% of the course is yet to be completed.
UP Board will conduct class 10 board exams from February 7 to February 28 and class 12 board exams will be conducted from February 7 to March 2. The Board has also uploaded the model question papers on its official website for all subjects of class 10 and 12.
UP board has received a total of 25,84,957 and 32,07,041 registrations in class 12 and 10 respectively. Out of 25,84,957 students, there are 13,97,079 girls registration and 11,87,878 are boys registration. Of the 32,07,041 students, 14,45,403 are girls and 17,61,638 are boys.
