Selection Process for BPSC 2021 Civil Services Exam

The recruitment process through BPSC comprises three stages. In the first stage of the BPSC Civil Services Exam, candidates have to appear in the prelims exam where they were required to answer multiple-choice questions. The commision also releases the preliminary answer key. Moreover, candidates get an opportunity to challenge the preliminary answer key in case of any discrepancy. After evaluating the objections that have been raised, BPSC releases the final answer key for the BPSC 2021 prelims exam. The BPSC result is announced based on the final answer key.

All those who qualify the prelims exam have to appear in the mains exam where they have to answer subjective or descriptive questions.

Those candidates who clear both the preliminary and the mains exam would have to appear for the interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the mains exam and interview.
