BPSC TRE 4.0 Notification: Aspirants flag delay

Earlier in September 2025, Bihar education minister Sunil Kumar confirmed during a press conference the BPSC TRE 4 vacancies would be announced within the next five days. As per media reports, BPSC TRE was expected to be held between December 16 and 19 and result announcement was likely in January.

Following the announcement by the minister, hundreds of BPSC aspirants protested in October 2025 in Patna, demanding the release of the notification, along with the growing demand for 1.2 lakh teacher vacancies.

Amid the rising tension, a student leader Dileep Kumar was arrested in Darbhanga ahead of a planned demonstration in the state’s capital. The move sparked strong reactions on social media, with many calling it an attempt to silence student voices.

The BPSC TRE 3.0 results for Classes 9 and 10 for multiple subjects were announced on December 17.
