BSEB Class 10 matric exam 2023 tomorrow; 16.37 lakh students to appear this year

NEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will begin the Class 10 board exams 2023 from tomorrow, February 14. Around 16.37 lakh students will appear in the BSEB Class 10 exam this year. A total of 8,25,121 students will appear in the first phase and 8,12,293 students will appear in the second phase.

There are about 1,500 examination centres set up in Bihar for the Class 10 exams 2023. The exam will begin with Mathematics paper.

Students are required to reach at 9 am for appearing in the 9.30 am shift 1 exam and at 1.30 pm for appearing in the 2 pm shift 2 exam. Students must carry their BSEB Class 10 admit card, pen and pencil to enter the exam centre.

Students will be allowed to enter by 9.20 and 1.50 pm on the first day. The relaxation in the entry time has been granted for the first day of the BSEB matric exam only. Candidates will be given 15 minutes to read the question paper.

Magistrates have been appointed at every examination centre and section 144 has also been imposed at every centre. To conduct the exam without cheating CCTV cameras have been installed at the BSEB Class 10 board examination centers. Additionally, there will be videography of the BSEB matric exam.

Candidates are not allowed to carry any kind of electronic item to the exam hall. The facility of a scribe is provided to persons with disabilities.
