The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the BSEB crossword competition 2026 for Classes 9 to 12 students who are studying in government and affiliated schools. Students can apply on the official BSEB crossword app or on the official website of the board at b3c.biharboardonline.com. The registration is free of cost.
Participation in the BSEB crossword competition 2026 will be restricted to students who have completed the registration process successfully and meet the eligibility requirements set by the board.
The Bihar Board crossword competition is being conducted to help students strengthen their vocabulary, enhance language proficiency, and develop analytical and problem-solving skills through engaging crossword activities.
BSEB Crossword Competition 2026: Important dates
The registration process will start from tomorrow, June 25, 2026 and will continue till July 5, 2026. The online practice sessions for the crossword competition will be conducted from July 6 to July 9, 2026. Following this, the district-level online competition will take place between July 10 and July 26, 2026.
The district prize distribution ceremonies are scheduled for July 27 and July 28, 2026. Candidates who qualify for the next stage will participate in the state-level offline competition, which will be held in Patna on July 30, 2026.

How will the competition be conducted?
The Bihar Board crossword competition 2026 will be conducted in two phases: district level and state level. As part of the contest, the board will publish a new crossword puzzle every day at 4 pm, and participants must solve and submit it within the following 24 hours. Rankings will be determined based on both accuracy and speed, with students who correctly complete the puzzle in the least amount of time receiving higher scores.
