The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the HP board compartment, improvement and special exam dates 2026 for both Class 10th and 12th. According to the schedule, the HPBOSE supplementary exam will be held from July 3.
According to the schedule, the HPBOSE Class 10 supplementary examinations will conclude on July 10, while the Class 12 supplementary exams will continue till July 16.
HPBOSE will conduct the Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary examinations in a single morning shift from 8:45 am to 12 noon. Question papers and answer books will be distributed 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
Candidates will be allowed to read the question paper and fill in the required details on the OMR-based answer book during this period. The examination will begin at 9 am.

To pass the HPBOSE Class 10 and 12 exams, students must score at least 33% overall and 33% in each subject. They must also secure 33% separately in the theory, practical, and internal assessment components, wherever applicable.
Earlier, the HPSOS Result for Classes 10 and 12 was declared on May 26. A total of 208 candidates appeared for the Class 8 exam, of whom 127 passed, taking the pass percentage to 61.06%. For Class 10, 2,129 of 3,895 candidates passed, with a 54.66% pass rate. In Class 12, 3,406 out of 5,275 candidates cleared the exam, recording a 64.57% pass percentage.
