Bihar Board OFSS Merit List 2025: Principals and admission officers of all recognised intermediate institutions have been directed to update the details of admitted students on the OFSS portal by July 4.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the deadline for admission to Class 11 under the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) for the 2025–2027 academic session again. Students shortlisted in the first selection list can now apply till July 3 to complete their admission to the allotted intermediate-level institutions.
The board issued the BSEB first merit list on June 4, with the original admission window set from June 4 to June 10. It was later extended to June 28 through an earlier notification. As per the official notice, students failing to confirm their admission within the given period will lose their allotted seats, which will be declared vacant and automatically removed from the OFSS portal.
All principals and admission officers of recognised intermediate institutions have been asked to ensure that the details of admitted students are updated on the OFSS portal by July 4 without fail. The data for each day of admission—from June 29 to July 3—is to be updated on the OFSS website the following day.
“The heads or admission officers of all institutions are directed to ensure that the admission details of all enrolled students are mandatorily updated on the OFSS website by July 4, 2025, as this is the final admission window under the first selection list. The remaining vacant seats after this deadline will be allocated to other students through the second selection list,” the official notice said.
Vacant seats, after the conclusion of this round, will be filled through a second selection list to be published later. Students and institutions can visit ofssbihar.net for more information. For assistance, the helpline number 0612-2230009 has been provided.
