NEW DELHI: A total of 6,39,685 candidates appeared on day 3 of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 12 Physics exam in the first shift today, February 5, 2025, while 4,90,382 students took the test for Geography and Business Studies subjects in the second shift.

A total of 26 disqualifications were reported across the state today with Vaishali district seeing the highest number, where six candidates were disqualified for violating examination rules. The other districts with notable disqualifications included Patna (3), Bhojpur (3), and Saran (3).

BSEB Inter Exams 2025: Impersonation cases
In addition to the disqualifications, four impersonators were reportedly arrested from across the state. One was caught in each of the following districts: Arwal, Nalanda, Bhojpur, and Supaul. The arrests come at a time the authorities are striving to uphold the integrity of the examination process.
Bihar Board Exams: Surprise inspections
To ensure the exams are conducted properly, BSEB chairman Anand Kishore conducted surprise inspections at various examination centres across Patna. His visited centres including Government Girls High School, Gardanibagh, Girls Middle School, Amla Tola, DPCSS (Miller) Inter School and Bankipur Government Girls +2 School among others.
During the inspection, the chairman met centre superintendents and magistrates to take stock of the arrangements and emphasized the need for strict adherence to the committee’s instructions.
BSEB Question papers distributed in 10 sets
Students were provided with a data-based answer book and OMR-based answer sheets printed with photo, name and other details. This apart, the question papers were provided to the students in 10 sets: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J.
