BSSC CGL 2025 registration deadline extended till October 16; fee payment by October 14

Bihar SSC CGL 2025: The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,481 vacancies across various posts, including 510 positions reserved for female candidates.
The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has extended the registration deadline for the Fourth Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2025. As per the revised schedule, candidates can now fill out the BSSC CGL application form 2025 till October 16 through the official website at bssc.bihar.gov.in.
The commission has also extended the application fee payment deadlines for Bihar SSC CGL 2025. Candidates will now have to pay the BSSC CGL 2025 application fee by October 14 through the official website.
Initially, the Bihar SSC CGL 2025 application submission deadline was August 25, which was later extended to September 26 following a revision in the examination fee . The last date for online fee payment was originally set as September 24.
“Considering the wider interest of the candidates, the last date for online payment of the examination fee for both examinations has now been extended from September 24, 2025, to October 14, 2025, and the last date for submitting applications from September 26, 2025, to October 16, 2025,” the official notice said.
Bihar SSC CGL 2025: Application fee
To register for the BSSC CGL 2025, candidates from all categories — including male, female, differently-abled, and those from outside Bihar — are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. The BSSC CGL 2025 recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,481 vacancies across various posts, with 510 positions reserved for female candidates.
Meanwhile, the BSSC will commence the registration process for the Stenographer recruitment exam 2025 tomorrow, September 25. Eligible candidates can register for the exam by November 5 through the official website. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 432 Stenographer posts.
