NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) 2021 exam on August 8, 2021 (Sunday). The CAPF exam for the prelims stage will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates who successfully downloaded the CAPF admit card 2021 can appear in the exam which will commence from 10 am onwards for paper 1. Before appearing in th CAPF 2021 exam, aspirants must check dos and don'ts to avoid any mistakes.

The CAPF exam 2021 application form was released on April 15, 2021at upsc.gov.in, the last date to apply for the CAPF 2021 was May 5, 2021.
CAPF 2021: Dos and Don'ts - What to do at CAPF 2021 exam centre?

Carry the CAPF admit card 2021 to the exam centre along with one government-issued photo-ID proof like Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, driving license, PAN card etc.

It is preferable to carry the same photo ID which candidates used while filling the CAPF application form 2021.

Carry a passport size photograph identical to the one which was used while filling the application form of CAPF 2021.

Make sure to reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time to avoid any traffic congestion, road blocks etc.

Support the exam centre staff in checkups like document verification, thermal checks, photo identification etc.

Carry hand sanitiser in a transparent bottle along with a double mask and maintain social distancing.

The CAPF exam will be conducted in OMR-sheet based offline mode, hence candidates are advised to carry an extra set of ballpoint pens.
CAPF 2021 - Dos and Don'ts - What not to do at the CAPF exam centre 2021?

Don't rush yourself into the exam centre, stand in a queue and support the staff as well as fellow candidates.

Don't wear or carry costly items like jewellery or electronic items like mobile, smart watch, bluetooth device, pen drive, pen camera etc.

Don't involve in any activities like cheating, copying, passing hidden notes, this may even lead to permanent suspension.
The CAPF exam is being conducted to fill in Assistant Commandant posts in various forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The written test will be followed by the physical standards test/ physical efficiency test and personality test. Candidates qualified in the written test will be eligible to appear in the PST/PET.
