Indian Institute of Management, Indore which is conducting CAT 2020 exam tomorrow has issued certain last minute guidelines which the candidates are expected to follow and know. According to the release by IIM Indore, CAT 2020 will be conducted across 159 cities at 430 test centres. At least 2.28 lakh candidates have registered for the CAT exam and 96.15 percent have been allotted a test centre in their first preferred city.

CAT 2020 Timing of 3 Slots

CAT Exam Pattern
IIM Indore has mentioned the sections from which the questions will be asked and have stated that candidates will get forty minutes to complete each section while those who belong to the PwD category, they will get 13 minutes and 20 seconds extra for each section. Questions in CAT 2020 exam will be asked from:
(i) Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
(ii) Quantitative Ability
(iii) Data interpretation and logical reasoning
CAT 2020 - Exam Day Guidelines
- Download CAT 2020 admit card, take print out and affix photograph
- PwD category candidates must ensure that they have completed the necessary formalities as explained on the CAT website
- Locate the CAT Test centre well in advance so that one is able to arrive on time on the day of the exam
- Students staying in places which are marred by lockdown due to Covid 19 or any other situation, their CAT admit card will be considered as an authorisation letter or curfew pass.
Note- The state governments and Union Territories have assured all kind of support to the candidates who will appear for the CAT exam on November 29 so as to ensure that they are able to smoothly reach the test centre.
