Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore is all set to conduct CAT 2022 exam today, November 27. The CAT exam will be held in three shifts Morning (8:30 am – 10:30 am) Afternoon (12:30 pm – 2:30 pm) Evening (4:30 pm – 6:30 pm). Candidates appearing for CAT 2022 must carry all the relevant documents and reach before the reporting time to seek entry to the CAT examination centre.

The CAT 2022 question paper will have a total of 66 questions. All the questions will be asked from three sections namely, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA). Candidates will get a total of 2 hours (120 minutes) to answer the CAT question paper. As per the CAT marking scheme, three mark will be awarded for every correct response and one mark will be deducted for incorrect answers.

CAT 2022- What to carry at the test centre
Candidates appearing for the CAT MBA entrance test will have to carry the following documents at the CAT exam centre.

Printed copy of CAT admit card 2022

It is a must to carry any one of the following valid photo ID proof

Driving license

Passport
-
Voter ID card

Aadhaar card

PAN card

Candidates will have to carry a printed copy of CAT admit card along with one valid photo ID proof for the identification process.

Electronic gadgets like laptop, camera, smart watch, mobile phone, or similar gadgets are not allowed inside the CAT exam hall

Candidates are advised to reach the CAT examination centre as per mentioned reporting timing on the CAT admit card so that one can complete the frisking process and other hassle-free verification process

Candidates found violating the CAT exam day instructions will be disqualified

No stationary item allowed to carry inside the CAT exam hall, a notepad for rough work will be provided inside the CAT exam centre
