According to the CAT 2023 notification, 15% of the seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe (ST), 27% for Other Backward Classes candidates belonging to the “Non-Creamy” layer (NC-OBC), up to 10% for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD) in CAT exam 2023.
This year, IIM Lucknow has also increased the number of exam cities to 155. Last year, the exam was held in a total of 150 cities. Candidates will be able to choose 6 cities.
