CAT 2025 concludes; answer key likely in December first week

Use NowThe Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has concluded the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 for 2.95 lakh candidates. The computer-based exam was held in three sessions for admissions to MBA, PGP and other management programmes in IIMs and participating B-schools. CAT 2025 live updates.
As per CAT 2025 slot 2 analysis , the exam was moderately difficult. The VARC section was easy and the DILR section had lengthy questions, and the Quant section had tricky but solvable questions. The CAT 2025 slot 1 was easy to moderate, arithmetic in Quant was ‘tricky’, there was no change in exam pattern.
The CAT exam 2025 comprised three sections - verbal ability and reading comprehension (VARC), data interpretation and logical reasoning (DILR), and quantitative aptitude (QA). Candidates were tested on a total of 66 questions in the CAT 2025 question paper.
As per the CAT 2025 marking scheme, three marks will be awarded for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. There will not be any negative marking for incorrect answers.

Based on previous years’ trends, CAT answer key 2025 is expected in the first week of December 2025. Meanwhile, the coaching institutes have released the unofficial answer keys and aspirants can get an idea of their scores.
Along with the CAT 2025 answer key, the institute will release the CAT 2025 response sheet and invite objections on the provisional answer key. The subject experts will review the challenges submitted by the candidates and release the CAT 2025 final answer key with changes, if any.
