NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE Class 10 results 2023 today, May 12, on the official website, cbseresults.nic.in. The board today declared the CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2023 on the CBSE website, DigiLocker and UMANG app. A total of 21,86,485 students get the Class 10 results.

The CBSE Board held the Class 10 exams from February 15 to March 21. The overall pass percentage of CBSE Class 10 result was 94.40% last year, while it is 93.12% this year. Students will have to enter their roll number, school ID, center number and other required details on the CBSE results link to download the CBSE Class 10 mark sheet.
The results will be declared for 28,471 schools. The CBSE 10th exams had a total of 76 subjects.
Students will be able to access the CBSE 10th results at cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in, DigiLocker, UMANG app.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 results 2023 improved for Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs). The highest pass percent of 98% was recorded by KVS. The pass percentage of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) and government schools, however, slightly dropped this year. Out of the total 21,86,940 students who registered for the Class 10 exams.

As many as 1,95,799 students have scored above 90% marks in CBSE Class 10 exam 2023, while 44,297 students have scored 95% and above marks.
Although the board has not announced any toppers, as per reports the topper of 10th Class 2023 CBSE is Mayank Yadav.
Trivandrum performed well among the 16 regions, as per the CBSE Board results 2023 notification. Class 10 and 12 students secured an overall pass percentage of 99.91% in Trivandrum region. Bengaluru and Chennai maintained the second and third positions respectively for both CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2023.
Students will get the opportunity to verify Class 10 results, apply for revaluation and photocopies. CBSE will start accepting applications for Class 10 results verification, photocopy, re-evaluation on May 16.

CBSE has dropped announcing CBSE board Class 10 toppers and merit list to avoid unhealthy competitions among the students. CBSE is also not awarding first, second or third divisions to its students. CBSE Class 10 merit list will be issued only to those 0.1 percent students who secure the highest marks in the subjects.
According to the CBSE Class 10 result 2023 date, the overall pass percentage in Class 10 is 93.12. The board while announcing the pass percentage said that the CBSE 2023 pass percentage this year is better than the pass percentage of 2019. The CBSE Class 10 result pass percentage in the pre-covid period (2019) was 91.10%.
The CBSE 10th result 2023 is available on the official website, cbseresults.nic.in. Students can check their CBSE 10th results by entering their roll number, school number, and date of birth. The overall pass percentage is 93.12%.
