CBSE Term 2 Exam 2022 Live Updates: Class 12 Biology paper ends; Answer key, analysis

Question paper was of average difficulty level. Graph based question from ecology unit was included and case study based questions were also there to check the thinking level of the students. Questions pertaining to  human diseases and biotechnology were catering to application and analytical skills of the learners. 2 marker, 3 marker and 5 marker questions were there as per CBSE pattern, said Biology teacher at Shiv Nadar School, Noida.

As per the CBSE datesheet, the next exam will be of the Urdu Elective, Sanskrit Elective, Knowledge tradition and practices of India, Urdu Core ( Carnatic Music Vocal, Carnatic Music MEL INS, Carnatic Music PERC INS, Multimedia), Front Office Operations, Insurance, Geospatial technology, Electrical Technology, Taxation . The CBSE term 2 board exam Class 12 will be concluded on June 15, 2022.

Nidhi Sharma, Biology Teacher at Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad has said the questions were NCERT-based with a slight change in language. The diagram-based questions were direct questions. The analysis based questions were not difficult to tackle. The case study-based questions were from known important topics in biotech. Teachers found that overall it was a good paper. From students, perspectives paper was satisfying though few found it an average paper.

Dr. Lipika Tamuli, PGT- Biology, Modern English School, Guwahati said CBSE Board exam of Biology Class XII was held on May 30,2022 by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The exam pattern and difficulty level were similar as that of CBSE sample paper. It consists of question ranging from easy to moderate difficulty. 60% questions were mostly direct and if the students studied well, they have good chance for scoring well. The question paper is balanced and student’s friendly paper which is a perfect mix of analysis, application and memory based questions. If students read the NCERT Book properly they will score well. Students could readily finish the paper in allotted time. Application based questions from Biotechnology was of high order and average students may find difficulty in answering those questions. 

Sudhir, Lecturer Biology, Government Boys' Senior secondary school, Prashant Vihar said, "This paper contains all kinds of balance including mostly easy level, with adequate quality content of high order thinking. Almost all students will find familiarity with 80 per cent of the content as in directly asked topics / language. Some questions were asked on memory based as name of ringworm causative organism. Some students found even easy ecological based questions were asked in complex indirect language. Overall question paper was meant to demand familiar concepts except about 6 marks out of 35 asking deep concepts."

A Class 12 Student has said that the biology question paper was easy.  She had studied majorly from NCERT and the CBSE sample paper and found the paper easy so, reported Times Now News.

Experts and teachers will analyse and release the CBSE Class 12 biology exam analysis soon. The CBSE 12th biology exam analysis 2021-22 will help students to check the difficulty level.

CBSE Board has concluded the Class 12 biology exam 2022. The exam commenced at 10:30 am and continued till 12:30 pm. A total of 2 hours were given to students to solve the question paper. 

After the exam, students can check unofficial CBSE answer key 2022 . They can use unofficial CBSE biology answer key 2022 to evaluate their probable score provided by coaching centres. 

• Go to the CBSE website, cbseacademic.nic.in.  
• On the home page, click on the sample question paper link, and then select class 12. 
• From the list of subjects, click on the subject name.  
  The Class 12 term 2 sample papers will get displayed on the screens. 
• Download it in PDF format to practice further.
  
  

Section–A has 6 questions of 2 marks each.

Section–B has 6 questions of 3 marks each.

Section–C has a case-based question of 5 marks.

The exam analysis of CBSE Board Class 12 term 2 exam will be up soon. Students can check the analysis by experts and teachers to know the difficult level of the term 2 exam.

Students must score a minimum of 33 per cent marks in theory exams, practicals and internal assessments to pass the examination.

The board has started CBSE Biology exam at 10: 30 am.As per CBSE class 12 biology term 2 syllabus, Biology and Human Welfare: Chapter – 8 and 10, Biotechnology and its Applications: Chapter – 11 and 12 and Ecology and Environment: Chapter – 13 and 15 have been provided by the board for term 2 exams. 

CBSE Board Class 12 Biology exam 2022 has commenced at 10:30 am. The term 2 biology exam duration is 2 hours. The exam will conclude at 12:30 am. 

• CBSE Class 12 Biology paper is of 35 marks 
• Class 12 biology paper will have 13 questions. 
• The paper contains 6 questions of 2 and 3 marks each
•  One case study based question of 5 marks.

The next CBSE Class 12 exam 2022 will be held on May 31, 2022, for Urdu Elective, Sanskrit Elective, Knowledge tradition and practices of India, Urdu Core ( Carnatic Music Vocal, Carnatic Music MEL INS, Carnatic Music PERC INS, Multimedia), Front Office Operations, Insurance, Geospatial technology, Electrical Technology, Taxation. 

• Carry CBSE admit card 2022 as no students will be allowed to enter the exam center premises without a hall ticket.

• Students will get extra 15 minutes to read the question paper. 

• Do not bring any unfair means while appearing for the exams.

• Follow instructions strictly as instructed by the board.

CBSE will declare board results after term 2 exams. CBSE 10th exam has been concluded. The Class 12 term 2 exam will conclude on June 15, 2022 with Psychology paper. Once released, CBSE results will be announced on cbseresults.nic.in. 

CBSE will conduct Class 12 biology paper today. The CBSE biology exam will begin at 10:30 am and will conclude at 12:30 pm. The paper will be held in offline mode.

The CBSE term 2 sample papers are available on the official website of the CBSE board. Students can download the CBSE Class 12 biology from cbseacademic.nic.in.
