CBSE Class 10 records highest-ever pass percentage; Over 2 lakh students score above 90%

A total of 2,00,962 students secured marks in the range of 90-95% and as many as 57,824 students have scored above 95%.

: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the highest-ever pass percentage of Class 10 results today at cbseresults.nic.in. More than 2 lakh students have scored 90% and more marks this year and 57,824 students have secured 95% and more marks.

The CBSE Class 10th results 2021 recorded one of the best pass percentage of 99.04%. This year, the CBSE Class 10 saw a jump of nearly 8% points compared to last year when the overall pass percentage was at 91.46%.
A total of 2,00,962 students secured marks in the range of 90-95% and as many as 57,824 students have scored above 95%.
Among the 21,50,608 students who registered for CBSE 10th exams 2021, results were announced for 20,97,128 students. Of which 20,76,997 have cleared the Class 10 examination. However, the results of 16,639 students are still under process.
99.24% of girls who registered for the CBSE Class 10 exam have passed while the pass percentage of boys is at 98.89%. This year, girls performed well than boys by 0.35%.
In CBSE region-wise results, Trivandrum tops with 99.99%, followed by Bengaluru and Chennai. Guwahati is at the lowest among all 16 regions of CBSE.
This year, the CBSE board will not issue merit list. Instead, the board has decided to issue a combined mark sheet cum certificate.
Apart from the official website cbseresults.nic.in, students can also check their CBSE board result through SMS or through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) or Call. All they have to do is type cbse10<space>roll number<space>date of birth<space>school number<space>centre number and send it to 7738299899.
