The CBSE Economics paper 2023 is scheduled to be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm in offline mode. Students must carry their CBSE admit card Class 12 2023 and all the necessary items needed to write board exams. Students appearing for the CBSE Class 12 Economics exam will be given 10 minutes to read the question paper.

CBSE Class 12 Economics exam sample paper
The CBSE 12th Economics 2023 sample question paper and marking scheme is released on the official board website, cbseacademic.nic.in. The sample paper contains two sections- Section A – Macro Economics and Section B – Indian Economic Development.
- The Economics paper contains 20 MCQ-type questions of 1 mark each.
- There are 4 short answer type questions of 3 marks each. These answers need to be answered in 60 to 80 words.
- The CBSE Class 12 Economics paper contains 6 short answer type questions of 4 marks each which need to be answered in 80 to 100 words.
- Additionally, the paper contains 4 long answer-type questions of 6 marks each to be answered in 100 to 150 words.

CBSE Class 12 Economics exam: Guidelines to follow
It is compulsory for students to report at the exam centre half an hour before the exam begins and in school uniform. Items such as mobile phones with GPS, communication devices, electronic items or similar others are barred and are strictly prohibited to carry at the examination centre.
Candidates should read and strictly follow the guidelines mentioned in the CBSE admit card 2023. As per guidelines given by CBSE, students should not spread any kind of rumours or post any material on social media platforms.
