AIIMS NORCET 8: Eligible candidates can apply for NORCET through the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) will close the application form filling for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 8 today, March 17. Eligible candidates can apply for NORCET 8 through the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in. The application correction window will open on March 26 to April 1, till 5 pm.
The AIIMS NORCET 8 exams will be held in two stages, including the prelims exam, which will be held on April 12, and the CBT stage 2 exam will be held on May 2. AIIMS Delhi will announce the NORCET 8 exam results date soon.
The application fee for general and OBC category candidates is Rs 3,000, SC, ST and EWS category candidates will have to pay Rs 2,400. Candidates from PwD category are exempted from fee payment.
The AIIMS NORCET 8 exam will be held in online mode, prelims exam for 90 minutes and 180 minutes for the mains exams. The paper comprises multiple choice questions (MCQs) in english medium. There will be negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer and one-third of the marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
A total of 1,794 nursing officer vacancies will be filled in AIIMS NORCET 8 exam for 23 institutes including AIIMS and other colleges. According to the NORCET reservation criteria, 80% of the total seats are reserved for female candidates and 20% are male candidates. However, there’s no category-wise reservation for AIIMS NORCET exam.
