NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the board exams result by July 31, CBSE said in an affidavit submitted to court, as per a tweet of Live Law. The board will also conduct the optional exams tentatively between August 15 to September 15, 2021, depending on the situation.

As per Live Law Tweet, CBSE has made two additions in the assessment policy, which are:
All disputes related to results will be referred to a Committee constituted by CBSE.
After the result, if the candidate is not satisfied with their board exam result, CBSE will provide an online facility for registration for the examination. The examination will be conducted by the board only in the main subjects as and when condition becomes normal for holding the board exams. However, the marks obtained by the candidates in this examination will be treated as final for those who opt to take this examintion.

These are two main changes done by the board in the assessment criteria. Meanwhile, students are continuously demanding to cancel 12th compartment private, NIOS, and HSC exams.
