CBSE Class 12 History Exam 2021 Live Updates: Term 1 answer key, analysis, question paper

Dr. Mangala Vaid, Vice Principal, Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad, said the History question paper's section A had straight forward and direct questions. Section B had had to re-read several times before deciding the answers. Section C had a few tricky questions. Students could answer them only if they read the passage carefully. Section Dhad also simple questions.  But the paper was cleverly framed.

The official CBSE Class 12 history answer key will not be released on the same day. Earlier, centre officials used to download the CBSE answer key and evaluate the OMR sheets through it. The unofficial answer key is provided by subject experts and teachers.

As per Class 12 history sample paper 2021-22 with answers, there will be no negative marking in CBSE class 12 history exam 2021. So, no marks will be deducted for any wrong answer. Students will be awarded only for their correct options filled in the OMR sheet.

Dr Santosh Kumar Jaiswal, PGT History, VidyaGyan Bulandshahr while reviewing CBSE Class 12 history paper, said that the paper was good and balanced. He said that the history paper included source-based, knowledge-based and assertion and reasoning-based questions. The history questions required High Order Thinking Skills. The two map section questions where students had to identify the correct responses by researching the map. Students who have thoroughly gone through the NCERT books will score well, reported NDTV.

The CBSE History question paper Class 12 2021 had four sections. All the sections were compulsory and all questions carried equal marks.

Experts and teachers have found that the CBSE Class 12 history paper for term 1 board exams was easy and balanced. They suggested that students should be able to get over 30 answers right if they had prepared from NCERT books, reported The Times Now News. 

Shreya, a Class 12 student, says the case study questions in the history paper were slightly tricky and time-consuming. They need to re-read several times to find the correct option. The paper was easy and satisfied, reports The Times Now News.
