Download NowThe Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon declare the Class 12 results for 18,59,551 students. Several reports circulating on social media claim that the results will be announced today. However, CBSE has not yet announced any official date or time for releasing the Class 12 or Intermediate results online. Once declared, students will be able to check their marks on the official website, CBSE. Apart from this, they can also access their Intermediate scorecards through the UMANG app, DigiLocker, IVRS, and SMS. CBSE class 12 result date, time LIVE updates.

CBSE class 12 exams for all three streams, Science, Commerce, and Arts, were held between February 17 and April 10. The exams were conducted for 120 subjects at 7574 centres. 10,27,552 male and 8,31,999 female candidates appeared in the exam.

CBSE Result on Digilocker: Steps to check
Download DigiLocker app or open the website digilocker.gov.in
- Sign in using your registered mobile number or Aadhaar details. If you are a new user, complete the registration process first.
- In the next step, go to the “Education” or “Issued Documents” section
- Select CBSE from the list of education boards
- Click on “Class 12 Marksheet” or “Passing Certificate" and enter the required details including roll number, school number, and admit card ID
- Submit the details to view your CBSE Class 12 Result 2026
- Download and save the digital marksheet for future references

Steps to check CBSE 12th result 2026 on UMANG app
Here's an easy guide to download CBSE class 12 scorecards online
- Visit the official website umang.gov.in or download app
- Log in to the app using your valid mobile number.
- On the homepage, look for CBSE results or simply scroll down to find education category
- Click on the Class 12 result
- On the next window, click on 'Results'
- Enter the required details and click the “submit” button
- CBSE Board 12th result will open up on screen
- Download the same and take its printout
Steps to check CBSE results via IVRS
- Call the CBSE IVRS number from your mobile phone or landline
- (earlier, numbers commonly started with 24300699 along with the regional code)
- Carefully follow the recorded voice instructions
- Enter roll number, school code, and other required details
- Subject-wise marks will then be announced through the automated system
CBSE usually provides IVRS facility in major regions such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and others.
Steps to check CBSE results through SMS
CBSE will announce the official SMS number and message format on the result day
- Open the SMS app on your mobile phone
- Type the message in the format prescribed by CBSE, usually: CBSE 12 (space) roll number
- Send the SMS to the number announced by CBSE
- Your marks will be sent to your phone via SMS shortly after
CBSE introduced the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system to digitally evaluate scanned answer sheets instead of checking physical copies. The board said the system improved transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in assessment.
