As per official notice released by CBSE board, the CBSE board examination 2024 will be held from February 15, 2024. The exams are expected to be concluded by April 10, 2024. The complete subject-wise CBSE date sheet 2024 is expected to be released in December 2023.

Compared to last year's CBSE Class 12 results, the overall pass percentage dropped by around 5% and by 12% compared to 2021.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE Class 10, 12 board exam 2024 will be conducted from February 15 for approximately 55 days. The students will require roll number, school number, date of birth and admit card card Id to check Class 10 and Class 12 CBSE compartment examination 2023. The students can check the result on the official website -- results.cbse.nic.in.

The provisional admission to Class 11 of students, who are appearing for CBSE Class 10 compartment examination, will be treated as cancelled if the candidate fails to pass the compartmental examination.

Students who haven’t appeared or will fail at one or all the chances of compartment shall be treated to have failed in the examination. They will have to reappear in all the subjects at the subsequent annual Class 10 or Class 12 examination of the CBSE board. The candidate will have the option to appear at the practical examination in the subjects involving practical or retain their previous marks in one more annual examination after the third chance compartment.

The syllabus for the compartmental candidates in the CBSE compartment examination to be held in March will be same as applicable to the candidates of full subjects appearing at the examination.

The candidates will have two more chances for the Class 10 and Class 12 compartment examination. The second chance will be held in March or April next year. The third chance will be held in July or August next year.Students can appear for two more chances.

Students who had failed in two of the five subjects of Class 10 or Class 12 examination were eligible for the compartment examination 2023. The candidates had to qualify in all the subjects of internal assessment.

The CBSE Board will activate the CBSE compartment result link on the official website, results.cbse.nic.in. Students will have to enter roll number, school number and other details on the supplementary result link to download the mark sheet.

The CBSE Class 10th, 12th supplementary results 2023 is expected to be declared by tomorrow, July 31, as per various media reports.

CBSE Class 12 supplementary exams 2023 are expected to be declared tomorrow, July 31, as per reports. CBSE 12th compartment exams 2023 were held on July 17 for all subjects. The exams were held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
