CBSE invites principals, counsellors and wellness teachers to Jaipur programme to strengthen collaboration and student wellbeing

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced an orientation programme on its Hub and Spoke School Model to promote collaborative learning and effective resource sharing among affiliated schools.
The programme aims to enhance awareness, strengthen coordination, and support the seamless implementation of the model for improved student wellbeing.
The orientation programme will be held on December 26, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s Vidyashram, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Participants should arrive by 9:30 am to complete pre-programme formalities.
The programme is primarily intended for Hub and Spoke schools under CBSE and will be attended by principals, vice principals, counsellors and wellness teachers.
Through structured sessions, the board aims to familiarise school leaders with the framework, guidelines and best practices associated with the Hub and Spoke school model.
The orientation will focus on promoting collaborative learning, facilitating resource sharing, strengthening institutional coordination and building capacity for effective implementation of the model. Networking among school heads and coordinators is also a key objective of the initiative.
There is no registration fee for participation. Interested schools should register through the official google form, and confirmation emails will be sent to selected participants. However, travel and accommodation expenses will need to be borne by the participants themselves.
Hub and Spoke schools are directed to depute at least two representatives, preferably the principal or vice principal, along with a counsellor or wellness teacher, to attend the programme.
Other CBSE-affiliated schools are also encouraged to register, though their participation will be subject to availability and confirmation on a first-come, first-served basis.
CBSE said the initiative is part of its broader efforts to strengthen counselling frameworks, improve student support systems, and foster a collaborative ecosystem among schools affiliated with the board.
