NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification and the CDS 2 application form 2021. The CDS application form 2021 is released on the official website upsc.gov.in. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria of CDS can fill the application form of CDS 2021.

As per the Combined Defense Services (CDS) notification, the last date to apply is August 24, 2021. The CDS 2 notification is released to fill in 339 vacancies.

How to fill the CDS application form 2021?
Step 1 - Visit the official website of UPSC - upsconline.nic.in
Step 2 - Click on the CDS apply online link
Step 3 - Click on the the CDS 2021 registration
Step 4 - Register filling the details
Step 5 - Upload scanned documents as per the prescribed specifications mentioned in the notification of CDS 2021
Step 6 - Pay the CDS application fee 2021 for successfully submitting the application form
Step 7 - Preview and submit the UPSC CDS 2 application form 2021
Who can apply for the CDS exam?
Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria can apply for the UPSC CDS exam. As per the CDS eligibility criteria, the minimum age limit is 19 to 25 years while the academic qualification required is graduation.
What after the CDS application form 2021?
Candidates who successfully submit the CDS 2 application form will be issued the admit card in online mode. With the help of the admit card of UPSC CDS along with one government-issued photo ID proof, aspirants will be able to appear in the exam centre.
How many stages are there in the CDS exam?
UPSC conducts the CDS exam for 2 stages - written exam and SSB (Services Selection Board). Candidates who qualify in the written test will be eligible to appear in the SSB after which they will be recruited on the vacant posts as per the armed forces.
