CFA level 3 exam starts tomorrow; Check major guidelines here

Candidates appearing in CFA level 3 exam must download their admit card before reaching the exam centres. No entry will be allowed without the CFA level 3 admit card.
NEW DELHI: The CFA Institute is all set to conduct the CFA level 3 exams for the August session from tomorrow, September 1, 2021. The level 3 exam window is eight days long and will end on September 8, 2021. The CFA Institute has announced that candidates who have travelled within the last 14 days/ have symptoms of COVID-19 can either reschedule their CFA level 3 exam date or appear in the upcoming sessions.
The CFA level 3 exam will be conducted in computer-based mode globally. The British Council and Prometric will administer the exam. All precautionary measures will be taken at the CFA exam centres to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Note- The duration of CFA level 3 computer-based exam is 4 hours and 24 minutes. The total time will be split into 2 equal halves of 2 hours and 12 minutes each with an optional break in between.
Exam day guidelines for CFA level 3 exams are divided as follows-
Arrival and Check-in Procedures

Wearing masks is mandatory for all candidates, Candidates without masks will not be allowed to enter the exam premises and shall be marked as “no show”

Candidates wearing wearable technology masks/ exhale/ one-way valve masks will not be allowed in CFA level 3 exam centres

Signing on a roster sheet after hand sanitization is mandatory for all candidates

Those having any kind of COVID-19 symptoms are requested to reschedule their exams to a future date to avoid the spread of the disease

No personal belongings are allowed inside the exam centre and hence candidates will be assigned lock number and a proper place to keep their belongings
Proctor and Testing Room Procedures

Every candidate must follow the social distancing norms and not crowd the exam centre unnecessarily

It is advisable to follow the sign “stand here” or “X” visible on the floor to avoid chaos

CFA exam centres will also provide required note boards and markers/ paper/ pencils in case any candidate wants to use scratch paper

Candidates will be monitored by invigilators at all times
End of test procedures

After finishing their CFA level 3 exam, candidates must sign out

Moving out in an orderly manner is advisable
