NEW DELHI: Chandigarh University has signed an agreement with Max Healthcare Institute to provide career opportunities to Masters of Business Administration (MBA) students in the healthcare sector, as per the official statement.
Students pursuing MBA in healthcare and hospital management programmes at the university will also be provided with 100% internship placement at Max Healthcare Institute, the Chandigarh University said.
“These immersive internships will provide invaluable insights into hospital operations, healthcare administration, and leadership, fostering industry-ready professionals,” the university added.
Moreover, the collaboration will also enhance academic certification by providing globally recognised certificates to students and will increase their competitiveness in the healthcare job market.
Recently, the Chandigarh University Uttar Pradesh also signed agreements with 10 global and multinational companies to offer undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering, business and commerce, and computer applications.

Students will also be provided with industry mentorship from experienced healthcare experts and customised assistance, practical knowledge, and exposure to practices in hospital management, the university said.
“Furthermore, this relationship increases our students' job chances by providing attractive placement possibilities at Max Healthcare and other reputable healthcare firms. Chandigarh University is committed to bridging the gap between academics and the healthcare sector through experiential learning and industry interaction,” it added.
The agreement also aims to create talent that will support innovation and excellence in the fast changing healthcare landscape.
