NEW DELHI : After the postponement of CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is also considering to take a decision on the examination. For now, the Class 10 exams are scheduled to be held from May 4 to June 7, 2021. ICSE Class 12 exams started on April 8, 2021 and are scheduled to end on June 18, 2021.
Chief executive and secretary of the Council, Gerry Arathoon told Careers360, "The CISCE board will take a decision regarding its ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 examinations 2021 at the earliest and will inform all concerned afterwards."
Earlier, CISCE released the Class 10 and 12 time table on March 1, 2021 and it was revised on March 8, 2021. In the time table, the council mentioned the COVID-19 exam guidelines for students so that exams can be conducted smoothly.
After a high-level meeting with the Prime Minister, the ministry of education has postponed the Class 12 examination and cancelled the Class 10 examination of CBSE board.
