CLAT 2021 exam centres in Bhubaneswar changed; Admit cards with new centres to be reissued

NEW DELHI: The Consortium of NLUs has changed CLAT 2021 Bhubaneswar exam centres allotted to candidates due to unavoidable circumstances. Affected candidates have been allotted new exam centres. The consortium will also issue fresh CLAT 2021 admit cards to such candidates with details of the updated CLAT exam centres.

The consortium has also said that the new test centres are located in the same KIIT campus and is within a range of 1 kilometre.

The CLAT admit card 2021 was originally released on July 14, while for NE candidates the admit card was released a day later, on July 15.

The national-level CLAT 2021 exam is slated for July 23, 2021. The exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper format and will be 2 hours long and include 150 MCQs for undergraduate and 120 MCQs for postgraduate papers.

A total of 22 NLUs will be accepting CLAT 2021 scores for admission. Undergraduate or 5-year integrated LLB courses are available at all the 22 NLUs, whereas one-year LLM courses are offered by 19 of the participating NLUs.

COVID-19 guidelines to be followed on CLAT 2021 exam-day

Given the pandemic still exists, candidates along with following general exam-day guidelines also needs to follow COVID-19 safety measures.

  • Wear a mask at all times

  • Maintain social distancing and avoid touching stuff unless you don’t need to

  • Keep a hand sanitiser ready.

  • The exam centres may have security staff equipped with Thermo Guns to check the temperature of candidates. Cooperate with them and don’t panic.

  • Don’t carry unnecessary stuff with you. Just carry the bare minimum, including a printout of the CLAT 2021 admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
