Try NowNEW DELHI: The Gujrat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar has opened a new Silvassa campus to offer BA LLB and LLM programmes. The university will offer 66 seats in BA LLB and 33 seats in LLM programmes at its Silvassa centre. Candidates looking for admission to GNLU Gandhinagar can thus update their NLU preferences and select the campus by December 17, 2022.

The university is already offering 172 seats in BA LLB, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB, BSc LLB, and BSW LLB programmes at the undergraduate level and 57 LLM seats at the postgraduate level at its main campus.

With the addition of 66 BA LLB and 33 LLM seats, the total intake of the university will be 238 seats for UG programmes and 90 seats for the one-year LLM programme.

Domicile reservation at GNLU
The university reserves 25% of seats for Gujrat domicile candidates cutting across all categories except the EWS category on its main campus. A similar reservation is also available for the Silvassa campus. 25% of seats cutting across all categories are reserved for domiciles of the Union Territory (UT) of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
The offline-based CLAT 2023 will be held on December 18, 2022, from 2 pm to 4 pm. Candidates can download the CLAT 2023 admit cards from the official examination portal - consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The scores of CLAT 2023 will be accepted by 22 national law universities (NLUs) and over 60 law schools across the country.
