NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law Universities will end the registration process for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2025) counselling today, December 20. Eligible candidates who qualified the CLAT 2025 exam can complete the counselling registration by 10 pm today through the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Candidates will have to log in to their CLAT 2025 portal by using their registration number and password to register for the CLAT 2025 counselling. The last date to exercise the CLAT 2025 choice-filling process is also today. As per the official notice, candidates will have to provide a minimum of 15 preferences during the choice-filling process.
The CLAT 2025 counselling will take place in five rounds. The institute will announce the CLAT 2025 seat allotment result for the first round of counselling on December 26, 2024, and candidates will have to make the payment of the confirmation fee to the consortium for freeze and float options and admission by NLUs from December 26, 2024, to January 4, 2025.
CLAT 2025 counselling fee
To register for the CLAT 2025 counselling, candidates from the general category are required to pay Rs 30,000, while candidates from the scheduled tribes (ST), scheduled castes (SC), other backward classes (OBC), economically weaker sections (EWS), and persons with disabilities (PWD) categories are required to pay Rs 20,000.
“In order to ‘Freeze’ their seat in the First, Second Third, Fourt and Fifth round of counselling, the candidate must pay the Confirmation Fee of Rs. 20,000 (Twenty thousand) within the stipulated time in the Admissions Counselling,” the official notice read.
