CLAT 2027 : The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has announced the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027 exam date today. Consortium of NLUs will conduct CLAT 2027 on December 6 from 2 pm to 4 pm across the country. CLAT 2027 Live Updates

As per the CLAT 2027 schedule, the Consortium of NLUs will begin the CLAT 2027 registration process from August 3 onwards, and the deadline for applications is October 31.

Students will have access to the CLAT 2027 admit card two weeks before the exam date, as per the previous year trends.

Notably, the Consortium has announced that there's no change in the CLAT 2027 syllabus and exam pattern this year.

However, the CLAT 2027 exam convenor and paper setters will consider the recommendations in the Expert Committee Report 2026, wherever possible. experts. Students, experts, and the general public can submit their comments or suggestions through the online feedback form by August 31.

The expert committee has been formed to assess various aspects of the CLAT 2027 exam, such as question quality, paper structure, and syllabus.

CLAT 2027 Application Process, Exam Pattern

CLAT 2027 will include the steps mentioned below.

  • Registration on official website
  • Create CLAT 2027 login
  • Enter the personal and contact details
  • Fill in education details.
  • Select exam centres.
  • Update the reservation preference.
  • Pay the application fee.
  • Submit the form.

The CLAT exam will be held in offline mode, based on comprehensive-type questions. A total of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be given, comprising five sections including English Language, Current Affairs including General Knowledge, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques.

Last year, the CLAT registration fee for general category candidates was Rs 4,000, while other candidates had to pay a Rs 3,500 application fee. Candidates will have access to CLAT 2027 details once the notification is published by the Consortium of NLUs.
