CLAT Registration 2027 LIVE: UG, PG application process begins at consortiumofnlus.ac.in today; exam date

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will begin the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027 today, August 3. Students can apply for CLAT 2027 on the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, once the registration link is made active. Consortium of NLUs will conduct CLAT 2027 on December 6 from 2 pm to 4 pm across the country.

As per previous year trends, the CLAT 2027 admit card will be made accessible to students two weeks before the exam date. The last date for CLAT registration 2027 is October 31.

CLAT 2026 will be held for two hours in computer-based test (CBT) mode, comprising 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question will carry one mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

The CLAT 2027 paper will comprise five sections: English language, Current affairs and general knowledge, legal reasoning, logical reasoning, and quantitative techniques.

CLAT Registration 2027: How to apply?

The steps to apply for the CLAT 2027 UG and PG law entrance exam are given below.

• Visit the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
• Click on CLAT login link available on the homepage.
• Click on the “New Registration” tab.
• Enter your registration details, such as your phone number, email address, and password.
• Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on your mobile number to activate your account.
• Fill out the application form details.
• Enter your test centre preferences.
• Upload the documents and submit required fee
• Download the CLAT application form and keep it for your records.

To apply for CLAT 2027, general category students will have to pay Rs 4,000, while others have to pay Rs 3,500. There’s no change in the CLAT 2027 exam pattern and syllabus.
