Students from marginalised backgrounds said they find the campus environment ‘hostile’ and ‘feel alone’ in the hostels. SC has ordered a probe into two suicides on campus.

DU: Recently, a video went viral on social media, wherein the principal of Lakshmibai College, Pratyush Vatsala, was seen coating classroom walls with cow dung.
IIM Raipur Convocation 2025: Nine doctoral degrees, including seven from FPM and two from EFPM, were awarded, while seven students received gold medals for academic excellence and overall performance.
DU: Veer Savarkar College will reserve 2 seats from Najafgarh’s Roshanpura village, which donated land for the new institution and one of those seats will be for girls to promote gender inclusion.
Government Law College Mumbai will commence semester exams on April 16. More than 300 students have been asked to visit college in front of the attendance committee.
KNC professor Monami Sinha, a member of the DU academic council, wrote to DU Controller of Examinations Professor Gurpreet Singh, highlighting issues with recurring problems in examination forms and delayed revaluation results.
SFI: Students and other activists demanded to restore campus democracy, revoke students' suspension, the removal of barricades, and the 5 pm curfew at the AUD.
DU SOL: Protesters demanded that classes be resumed until the entire syllabus is covered, and called for immediate distribution of study materials to all students.
The Left-affiliated Students' Federation of India (SFI), which is leading the protest, denied the charges and called the administration's actions "arbitrary and repressive".
