NEW DELHI: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the last date for decision-making and fee paymen for COMEDK round 1 counselling 2024 by July 21. Candidates who get seats in COMEDK counselling 2024 will be able to pay the admission fee through the official website, comedk.org.
The institute has also extended the deadline for seat cancellation and reporting to the allotted institutions by July 22. “Candidates with accept and freeze should report to college strictly as per the dates/time mentioned in the schedule else they may lose the allotted seat,” the official website read.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat can make one of the following decisions: accept and freeze the seat, accept and upgrade to a higher preference, reject and upgrade to a higher preference, or reject and withdraw from the process.

COMEDK Counselling 2024: Seat cancellation policy
Any candidate who has accepted a seat during round 1 or round 2 can cancel their seat within the time period specified in the counselling schedule for seat cancellation. However, such a candidate will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent rounds.
